It can be very difficult finding a place that’s happy to take pets, especially in the inner suburbs of Brisbane. I guess the problem is that rentals are an investment and owners are trying to take precautions against the value of their asset being diminished.

I have been looking for a rental property now for 3 months using your software. I need a 2 bedroom place for under $250, in the Gosford area. I need to be able to cimmute to Silverwater for work. I did the references for my 7 year old russian blue cat Vladimir, the photos and everything. I have been knocked back every time. I now have only about 3 weeks left to find somewhere. I keep coming up against Agents who won’t even contemplate negotiation and won’t even take the information back to the owner of the property to clarify. I don’t know what else to do, I will never give up my cat.

Your pet friendly tool is very much still needed. The ‘pets allowed’ on realestate.com only brings up a few houses whereas your tool brought many more houses up as ‘pet friendly’

My husband and i both have disabilities and we own two dogs that are self trained(but not certified) for us and work well when the need arises … Our problem is that we need to find a new rental home .. What is our best bet to sell us and the dogs to future land lords??

Your best to do this separate to the resume itself. Take a good photo with a proper camera and get the photo developed at a proper photo processing facility.
