Refund Policy
If you're not happy with a product or service that you have purchased from Pet Friendly Rentals and are seeking a refund, we ask that you call us to discuss the matter on (07) 3396 4313. However, if you wish to receive a refund our policy is as follows.
Our Refund Policy
If you're not happy with a product or service that have supplied to you and are seeking a partial or full refund, please download our Refund Request document below.
All we require is that you tell us why you are seeking a refund and if there was anything we could've done to resolve this for you. Then either return to us by email to or by fax to (07) 3112 6153 along with your proof of purchase email receipt.
We will then carefully consider your refund request and process it with 72 hours of receiving the request.
